To activate any of the etisalat Blackberry services on your postpaid lines, you need to visit any etisalat Experience Center and talk to the Retail Executives.

Renewal

Prepaid

Renewal is automatic for Prepaid as long as you have the required airtime in your account. In the case where you have insufficient airtime in your account on your due date, the service is suspended until such a time when you have equal to or more than the required amount.

Postpaid

For postpaid lines, renewal is dependent on your postpaid bill settlement status. If your line is active having paid your bill, then the BlackBerry service will be automatically renewed. Otherwise, your BlackBerry service will be suspended until your bills have been settled.
